Ichi Ichi Kitchen’s culinary concept has been created through the fusion of international minds, led by head chef Jonas Stadtlander. Jonas has brought this international influence into every plate to create our signature culinary dishes.
We have designed a warm and welcoming environment, a home away from home for you to relax and enjoy the delights designed by the Ichi Ichi team. With stunning mountain views of Mt. Annupuri and Mt. Yotei, a visit to Ichi Ichi Kitchen will truly be an experience for all of the senses.
Our menu has been expertly curated by internationally recognised chef Jonas Stadtländer, who combines global influence with traditional Japanese ingredients to bring you the best in creative cuisine. Chef Jonas begun his culinary endeavours at a young age at his family’s destination organic farm and restaurant “Eigensinn Farm” in Canada. From there he built his experience cooking in restaurants all over the world, from Europe to Australia and now, Japan.
Our menu options include; lunch, dinner, brunch and bar snacks, served throughout the week. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are available along with a special kids choice menu.
